Innovative Restoration: Blending Ecology, Technology, and Finance

Our pilot project was featured as part of AECOM’s exhibit, highlighting the innovative integration of ecosystem restoration, digital monitoring technologies, and financial strategies aimed at making conservation measurable and investable. The Bintan initiative, led by Napital Group with AECOM as design partner, is transforming 100 hectares of degraded hillside into high-performance forest habitat on Bintan Island, Indonesia. The project leverages digital tools, biodiversity monitoring, and natural capital accounting to track ecological gains in a transparent and compelling way.
